Related Services

LCSSC also provides related services to students when it is required by their Individualized Education Program (IEP). According to IDEA, “related services” are a wide array of supported services provided to children with disabilities to assist them in benefiting from special education. The need for related services is considered during the student’s admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee meeting by reviewing and discussing the student’s evaluation and assessment information. Related services available through LCSSC include:
